The World Of Arthavia (WIP)

Discover our collection of creative work and visual projects. The map work for Arthavia showcases both sides of the planet with various stages of detail. Some map displays look different than the others because it seems that  Inkarnate updated their site and changed some of the format of the map template that I was used to, and no longer offers the option to use the land graph tool. I needed to go to another style in their system.  Most maps (if not all) are created using  Inkarnate map maker. * Clicking on the Inkarnate link will take you away from the site. But my experience with the Inkarnate site is pretty decent.  World creation can be fun!

The Red Marshlands.

The Red Marshland is located in the southern region of Arlania. The noble proprietors of the Red Marsh Land. Having won the land for their aid in the siege against the infamous Drow elves that had laid a threat to the capital kingdom of Aravone nearly a thousand years ago. For their effort, House Monroth was offered a title of high esteem and a handsome piece of land nearly 200 miles long. Just resting on the east side of the 'Ghost River', the Red Marshlands, once thought to be nothing more than a sand bar encrusted marshland, was smothered in heavy troll-infested jungles. The noble Lord Kelvakhan Monroth invested heavily in reestablishing the land with a venture that nearly cost him his entire family fortune. Having successfully removed several clans of Zorgash trolls from their natural habitat and driving the remnants of the clan further east, forever creating a boiling vendetta between the nobleman and the Zorgash troll clan. Maps of Arlania as they are completed. Mar'Lee Island

Mar'Lee Island is located off the eastern coast of the great continent of Arlania. It is about 50 miles long and 20+ miles wide. A tropical island that is bewildered with danger and mystery, but not so bogged that it is without inhabitants. Mar'Lee is known for its two trade ports located at both the north and the south tips of the island. There are also miles of dense woods, a forgotten mystical tower, and a couple of troll tribes that separate them.
